About the Role

As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Roster scheduling for Community Care Workers
  • Administrative support for service commencement
  • Daily communication with clients and staff regarding service delivery

You’ll work collaboratively with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of services that make a real difference in people’s lives.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong organisational and time management skills
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Thrives in a fast paced team environment
  • Is genuinely committed to supporting vulnerable members of the community
  • You will also need to have a current WWCC and will also need to complete a Police Check with us.
