As the Procurement Operations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing procurement systems, overseeing purchase order processes, maintaining vendor master data, and supporting utility contract administration. You will be the go-to expert for Vendor Panel administration, supplier onboarding, and procurement reporting, while also contributing to forward planning and supporting the Procurement Steering Committee. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Operations Partner with experience in procurement or finance, and a strong understanding of local government purchasing systems and contract management platforms such as Vendor Panel. Your knowledge of Procurement Operations will support Council’s governance standards. Experience in utility contract support, supplier onboarding, and performance reporting (including DIFOT and invoice-on-time metrics) is essential. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to Greater Dandenong’s REACH values—Respectful, Engaged, Accountable, Creative, and Honest.

Please ensure you address the key selection criteria outlined in the position description as part of your application.
