As a key position in the Community Strengthening Directorate, and reporting into the Director of Community Strengthening, you will be responsible for the library services, drum theatre, cultural, historic and contemporary civic facilities, arts and cultural development, and community precincts strategic operations.
The main functions of this role include:
- Leading and managing the provision of services within your stream
- Driving change and innovation through a period of change
- Motivating and inspiring a large, committed team of people across multi-disciplinary functions in the delivery of quality services for people
- Engaging with the community, government agencies, external organisations
