About the role
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for arts, culture, and community development? Join us at the City of Greater Dandenong as the Coordinator Experiences and Partnerships, an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established team within the Creative and Engaged City Department.
In this pivotal role, you will shape the cultural identity of our diverse and vibrant community, driving innovative initiatives that position the City of Greater Dandenong as a leading creative hub in Melbourne's Southeast. You’ll oversee a dynamic portfolio that includes public art, exhibitions, theatre programming, community arts and community programming, while leading programming at our key cultural and community hubs to deliver engaging, high-quality experiences for all.
Central to this role is driving meaningful partnerships with artists, cultural and creative institutions, community organisations, and funding partners, creating opportunities for collaboration, and resource-sharing that amplify the impact of our cultural initiatives.
