About the role
The Engineering & Major Projects Department is seeking a Building Maintenance Administration Systems & Services Officer to join the Building Maintenance team. This role has been created to provide high quality business systems administration support, conduct building maintenance inspections & contractor audits.
The Building Maintenance Administration Systems and Services Officer will coordinate & optimise council’s security master key system, access control system & CCTV systems, administer council’s half cost fencing service, conduct contractor safety, quality and customer service audits to ensure safety compliance, quality maintenance services & high-level customer service.
About you
You will have relevant experience and skills in supporting business and office operations, preferably within the building maintenance field. Have the capacity to manage & optimise security key, access card & CCTV systems, council’s half cost fencing service & conduct safety and quality audits whilst delivering high level customer service.
Working knowledge of Building Act, OH&S Act, Regulations, Codes, Standards and an understanding of support trades used within Building Maintenance is essential. Mandatory requirements include a Working with Children Check, Police Check, White or Red Construction Card & Victorian Driver’s Licence.
