An exciting opportunity exists for a data enthusiast with excellent communication and consultation abilities to join the City of Greater Dandenong.
Working within the Business, Engineering and Major Projects Directorate you will be responsible for providing high quality consultancy and engineering expertise, and you will:
- Provide technical support, mentoring and guidance to internal stakeholders on complex technical issues .
- Prepare strategic documents including strategic plans and other documents to support council’s Asset Plan .
- Liaise with, internal and external stakeholders to facilitate improved provision of infrastructure across all council’s asset classes.
- Develop and manage Development Contribution Plans.
- Provide expertise on both civil infrastructure (roads, bridges, stormwater etc.) and social infrastructure (open space, buildings, recreation etc.)
- Embrace demonstrate and encourage REACH values.
Please note the successful applicant will be primarily based at the Dandenong Municipal Civic Centre (225 Lonsdale St, Dandenong) and will be working at least one day a week from the Operations Centre (20 Bennet St, Dandenong).
